Executive Director
Kimberly Kemp is Executive Director of Stage Door Productions. She is currently serving as the Virginia State Representative for the Virginia Theatre Association to the Southeastern Theatre Conference. Kimberly is a Past President, Vice President and Secretary of the Virginia Theatre Association. Her current role in VTA also includes the Secondary Auditions Coordinator.
Kimberly has been an active part of secondary and community theatre in Virginia for twenty years. Her students have won district, regional and state recognition in production, playwriting, acting, and forensics. Her awards include: Virginia Speech Teacher of the Year, Spotsylvania County Teacher of the Year, Geico Award for Excellence in Teaching and Nominee for the Governor’s Award for the Arts. In addition to her job as theatre teacher at Massaponax High School, she serves on the Virginia High School League Drama, Debate and Forensic Advisory Board.
President
Roy Jarnecke is the President of the Board of Directors and the Chair of the Finance Committee. He is a volunteer member of Stage Door Productions who has been involved with music and performance for most of his life. Since becoming part of the company in 1999, he has performed in over 25 productions. He has served as a stagehand and sound technician, in addition to other technical roles. He has also written and directed plays for the company, including Boxley on Trial, Thresholds and Duel at Alum Spring Rock.
Administratively, Roy has been active in organizational activities of the Board. He has helped to develop the outline of the committee structure as a way of involving more community members in all areas of the life of the theater. He has been involved in fund-raising and promotional activities. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Fredericksburg Arts Commission.
He is a Clinical Psychologist with a private practice in Fredericksburg and is involved in a number of community activities and is Co-chair of the Rappahannock United Way’s Mental Health Steering Committee. He has taught as an Adjunct Senior Lecturer at the University of Mary Washington for the past 21 years and provides psychological consultation to Big Brothers-Big Sisters and to the Fredericksburg Counseling Service.
Vice President
Susan Ingebretsen holds a BA in English with a concentration in Speech and Drama from Randolph-MaconCollege. She has taught Drama in Florida, Hawaii and Virginia, and currently teaches in Fredericksburg. She has appeared locally in Stage Door, Fredericksburg Theatre Company, Rude Mechanicals, and University of MaryWashington productions.

Matthew Armentrout is a middle school drama teacher at H.H. Poole Middle School, in Stafford County. Besides teaching drama, he also runs the morning video announcements and coaches basketball. He is a graduate of Longwood University where he graduated with honors with a degree in theatre education. He has been involved with Stage Door for eight years as an actor, technician, director, and instructor. He now serves as their Children's Theatre Coordinator and webmaster. He currently is the Newsletter Editor for the Virginia Theatre Association.
Immediate Past President
Charlotte Fields is the Immediate Past President of the Board of Directors of Stage Door Productions. She has been an educator in Spotsylvania County since 1972. Having retired from full time teaching in 2003, she now teaches part time for Bridges to the Future, a fast track adult education program. A lifelong member of the United Methodist Church, she now is actively involved at Hillcrest United Methodist where she has taught Sunday school, directed Bible school, published the newsletter, conducted the orchestra and youth choirs, as well as participated in the adult chancel choir. She also serves on the Fredericksburg Fine Arts Commission and well as Stage Door Productions Board of Directors.
Charlotte became involved in theater 20 years ago when she auditioned for The Fredericksburg Theater Company. While that company existed, she served on the Board of Directors and appeared in 11 productions. She has served on the Stage Door Productions Board as a volunteer member since its inception and has acted in, directed, or costumed many of its productions.
