Stage Door Youth is dedicated to developing life skills in children through affordable theatre experiences that educate, entertain, and enrich the lives of those on the stage and in the audience. Our goals include: providing hands-on affordable educational theatre experiences for youth in our community; fostering teamwork, commitment, self-esteem, and creativity; inspiring an appreciation of the arts while developing leadership qualities and self confidence; and bringing cultural enrichment to youth and adults throughout the community.

We are pleased to announce that our spring 2018 youth production will be PETER AND THE STARCATCHER, directed by Collette Riddle. Shows will run May 18-20. Auditions will be held March 4 & 5 at 7:30 p.m. at our office space at 810 Caroline Street, 3rd floor. Auditions will consist of cold readings from the script.

Parents, please note: Although all actors will be considered, this production is best suited to a small, more mature cast. We are not limiting the ages beyond K-12, but more mature actors--of any age--will be given preference. We highly encourage any interested child to audition, regardless--every audition is an opportunity to learn and grow!
